Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh evenly with the spice blend.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
