Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat each chicken thigh evenly with the spice blend.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
