Description

A quick and delightful dish combining vibrant broccoli with a savory garlic sauce and crispy turkey bacon, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of broccoli
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until tender.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the broccoli, tossing to coat.
  5. Crumble the crispy turkey bacon over the top.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Make ahead by chopping broccoli and cooking turkey bacon in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
