- 1 pound of broccoli
- 4 slices of turkey bacon
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until tender.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the broccoli, tossing to coat.
- Crumble the crispy turkey bacon over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Make ahead by chopping broccoli and cooking turkey bacon in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
