Description

Delicious BBQ-Teriyaki Chicken Skewers, perfect for summer gatherings and busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix equal parts of BBQ sauce and teriyaki sauce to create a delicious marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they’re well coated, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, bell pepper pieces, and onion wedges onto skewers alternately.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate the chicken the night before for deeper flavor. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
