Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 cup bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Mix equal parts of BBQ sauce and teriyaki sauce to create a delicious marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they’re well coated, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, bell pepper pieces, and onion wedges onto skewers alternately.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Marinate the chicken the night before for deeper flavor. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
