Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of beef stew meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cups of beef broth
  • 2 cups of egg noodles

  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the crock pot.
  3. Place the seasoned beef on top of the onions and garlic, and sprinkle with dried thyme.
  4. Pour the beef broth over all the ingredients.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in other vegetables such as diced carrots and celery. You can also use chicken instead of beef for a variation.
