Description

Delicious homemade chew sticks for your furry friend made with lean beef and vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef, chopped carrots, chopped spinach, oat flour, egg, and water. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small sticks or playful bone shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chew sticks are firm and thoroughly cooked.
  5. Allow them to cool completely before serving to your dog. Store in an airtight container until treat time!

Notes

Make-ahead batches can be frozen for later. Feel free to customize the ingredients according to your dog’s preferences.
