- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1 cup finely chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef, chopped carrots, chopped spinach, oat flour, egg, and water. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
- Roll the mixture into small sticks or playful bone shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chew sticks are firm and thoroughly cooked.
- Allow them to cool completely before serving to your dog. Store in an airtight container until treat time!
Notes
Make-ahead batches can be frozen for later. Feel free to customize the ingredients according to your dog’s preferences.
