  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or a plant-based alternative
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing the fresh broccoli florets under cool water. Pat them dry and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, shredded carrots, and chopped red onion. Toss them gently to mix.
  3. Now, add in the raisins or dried cranberries, along with the sunflower seeds. Stir well to incorporate all the vibrant ingredients.
