Ingredients

- 12 ounces fresh tortellini
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup salami, cubed
- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water.
- Combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, salami, mozzarella, and red onion in a large bowl.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the top and toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh basil.
