- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked ground beef, lettuce, pickles, and shredded cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad mixture and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
This salad tastes better when made a day in advance. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
