Description

A comforting and nostalgic dish that combines the flavors of a Big Mac into a creamy pasta salad, perfect for family gatherings or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked ground beef, lettuce, pickles, and shredded cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad tastes better when made a day in advance. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
