Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (American or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and spices)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until they’re pliable.
- Spread a generous layer of special sauce over each tortilla.
- Layer the seasoned beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese onto the tortillas.
- Wrap tightly, tucking in the edges, and cut in half if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
