Description

A delicious and quick twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps are easy to assemble and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and spices)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until they’re pliable.
  3. Spread a generous layer of special sauce over each tortilla.
  4. Layer the seasoned beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese onto the tortillas.
  5. Wrap tightly, tucking in the edges, and cut in half if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Make wraps in advance without the sauce for meal prep. Customize with spicy toppings or veggie options.
