A cozy and comforting skillet meal featuring tender chicken, crispy turkey bacon, and golden Yukon gold potatoes in a creamy ranch sauce.

- 2 lbs chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 lb turkey bacon
- 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2–3 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat, adding a thin coat of oil to avoid sticking.
- Add the diced Yukon gold potatoes to one side of the grill and cook for about 15 minutes before flipping.
- Lay the turkey bacon on the other half of the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Flip the potatoes, adding more oil if needed, and continue cooking until golden and crispy.
- Place the cubed chicken on the grill, cooking in the remaining bacon grease and seasoning with salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Combine the chicken and potatoes, layer on the shredded cheese and crispy turkey bacon, and cook until the cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
Notes
Make-Ahead Friendly: Prep chicken and veggies the night before. Store in the fridge and cook when ready. Customize with your favorite proteins or veggies. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
