Description

A tender and juicy Butterball turkey breast roast made effortlessly in a Crock Pot, perfect for cozy family dinners or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Butterball turkey breast roast (39 lbs), thawed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or nonstick spray
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs and spices (thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, paprika)
  • 1/2 cup broth, juice, or water

Instructions

  1. Start by patting the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  2. Lightly spray or brush the turkey with olive oil, then sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, and your preferred herbs and spices.
  3. Carefully place the turkey skin-side up into your Crock Pot and pour in ½ cup of your chosen liquid around the roast.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for about 4 hours, checking the internal temperature until it reaches 165°F.
  5. Once done, carefully remove the turkey from the Crock Pot, tent it with foil, and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Feel free to customize the flavors with different herbs or add zesty citrus or honey mustard glaze for variation. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
