  • 2 Telera or bolillo bread rolls

Instructions

  2. While the chicken rests, slice the avocado and cheese.
  3. Spread a generous amount of refried beans on one side of the bread.
  4. Layer the grilled chicken, avocado slices, pickled jalapeños, and cheese on the bread.
  5. Top it off with another piece of bread.
