- 2 Telera or bolillo bread rolls
Instructions
- Start by grilling the chicken until it’s fully cooked and juicy.
- While the chicken rests, slice the avocado and cheese.
- Spread a generous amount of refried beans on one side of the bread.
- Layer the grilled chicken, avocado slices, pickled jalapeños, and cheese on the bread.
- Top it off with another piece of bread.
- Serve it warm and enjoy every delicious bite!
