Description

Decadent brownies topped with fresh strawberries and silky chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix (prepared according to box instructions)
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your brownies according to the instructions on the box, and let them cool completely.
  2. Wash, dry, and chop your strawberries into bite-sized pieces, then spread them into an even layer on top of the baked brownies.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  4. Transfer the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, cut off one end, and drizzle generously over the strawberries.
  5. Place the brownies in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set the chocolate drizzle. Once set, slice them into squares before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the brownies a day in advance and store them in an airtight container until you’re ready to add the strawberries and chocolate.
