- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Combine thoroughly.
- Form clusters of about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours until they are completely solid.
- Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl in 15 to 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster.
- Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.
