Description

A delightful no-bake treat made with fresh strawberries, creamy yogurt, and luscious chocolate, perfect for warm afternoons.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Combine thoroughly.
  2. Form clusters of about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours until they are completely solid.
  4. Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl in 15 to 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster.
  7. Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.
