- ¼ cup sour cream (or mayonnaise)
- 2 tablespoons dill (finely chopped)

- ½ English cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 8 slices sandwich bread (crusts removed)
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream (or mayonnaise), finely chopped dill, and a pinch of kosher salt in a cozy bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture generously over one side of each slice of bread.
- Add a layer of thinly sliced cucumber on half of the bread slices.
- Place the other slices of bread on top, spread side down, and gently press them together.
- Trim off the crusts using a serrated knife and cut each sandwich into rectangles or triangles.
- Arrange the sandwiches on a serving dish and garnish with extra dill or a slice of cucumber.
