Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter and sugar mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts for the streusel topping.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add a spoonful of streusel, and top with more batter.
- Swirl through the batter using a toothpick for a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle the tops with the remaining streusel.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before serving.
