Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup Fritos corn chips
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, diced bell peppers, and Fritos. Stir gently to mix.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss everything together until well coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Once chilled, give it a toss and serve cold.
Notes
Add fresh lime juice for a citrusy twist or jalapeños for extra heat. This salad can be made a day in advance; just add Fritos before serving.
