- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, then drain well to remove excess water.
- Combine the shredded chicken, tender broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large mixing bowl. Gently mix until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining shredded mozzarella and cheddar for that golden, bubbly finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, allowing the wonderful flavors to meld together even more.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Add extra baking time if coming from the fridge. Feel free to swap ingredients to your liking.
