Description

A comforting creamy salmon pasta dish that comes together in just 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g pasta
  • 200g salmon fillet
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon fillet, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky. Remove and let it rest.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the fresh spinach and let it wilt into the sauce.
  6. Flake the cooked salmon and add it back into the skillet along with the cooked pasta.
  7. Toss everything together until well combined and serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

You can cook the pasta and flake the salmon ahead of time for convenience. Use smoked salmon for a richer flavor.
