Description

A rich and creamy garlic sauce perfect for elevating pizzas and pastas.


Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
