Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, another for beaten eggs, and the last for panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each salmon piece in flour first, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it generously with panko crumbs.
- Place the breaded salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the zesty sauce.
