Description

Delicious crispy salmon bites coated in panko and served with a zesty sauce, perfect for appetizers or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust based on your spice preference)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, another for beaten eggs, and the last for panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each salmon piece in flour first, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it generously with panko crumbs.
  5. Place the breaded salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space between them.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the zesty sauce.
  8. Drizzle the sauce over the baked salmon bites and garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve warm as an irresistible appetizer or snack.
