A comforting and easy slow-cooked Chicken Parmesan dish that brings back memories of home-cooked family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked pasta for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, basking them in anticipation of becoming a melt-in-your-mouth sensation.
  2. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken, coating it generously. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes.
  4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, letting it melt into gooey perfection.
  5. Serve over your favorite cooked pasta, allowing the sauce to mingle beautifully.
