  • Pepper, to taste
  • Cheese slices (optional; try cheddar or American)
  • Toppings: crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, fresh onion, tangy pickles, or your favorite burger sauces!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, letting it get nice and hot!
  2. Divide the ground beef into balls, about 4-6 ounces each.
  3. Place the beef balls on the hot griddle and gently smash them down with a spatula.
  4. Season generously with salt and pepper to enhance the beefy goodness.
  5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until a delightful crispy crust forms, then flip the patties and add cheese if desired.
