Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, letting it get nice and hot!
- Divide the ground beef into balls, about 4-6 ounces each.
- Place the beef balls on the hot griddle and gently smash them down with a spatula.
- Season generously with salt and pepper to enhance the beefy goodness.
