- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the stems if necessary.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper; mix well.
- Toss the cleaned mushrooms in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Arrange mushrooms on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Notes
For variations, add lemon juice for zest, red pepper flakes for heat, or top with crème fraîche for richness.
