- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced (optional)
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and diced dill pickles.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and pickles, and mix until all ingredients are well coated.
- If desired, gently fold in the diced red onion.
- Serve the salad on a bed of crisp lettuce leaves or as a scrumptious filling for sandwiches.
Notes
