Description

A creamy and tangy chicken salad that combines shredded chicken with zesty dill pickles, perfect for quick meals and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and diced dill pickles.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and pickles, and mix until all ingredients are well coated.
  4. If desired, gently fold in the diced red onion.
  5. Serve the salad on a bed of crisp lettuce leaves or as a scrumptious filling for sandwiches.

Notes
