Description

A cozy twist on the classic grilled cheese, infused with garlic for unforgettable flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread (your choice!)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet and layer half the cheese on each.
  4. Top each with the other two slices of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice diagonally, and serve immediately.

Notes

Customize with pesto, bacon, veggies, or sweet and savory additions!
