Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread (your choice!)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet and layer half the cheese on each.
- Top each with the other two slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Heat a skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the pan, slice diagonally, and serve immediately.
