Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until tender and golden, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the orzo pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes to absorb garlic flavor.
