Description

A cozy and comforting bowl of grilled chicken and broccoli, drenched in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless (skinless) chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, letting the flavors soak in.
  2. Preheat your grill and cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until beautifully golden and cooked through.
