Instructions

  2. Combine the diced potatoes, melted butter, minced garlic, diced onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure every potato is coated.
  3. Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil and place the potato mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the foil over the potatoes to create a sealed packet, making sure it’s tightly closed.
