Description

Hasselback Potatoes are visually stunning and incredibly easy to prepare, with crispy edges and tender insides.


Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the russet potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Using a sharp knife, carefully make thin slices across the length of each potato, leaving about 1/4-inch intact at the bottom.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and generously brush them with melted butter.
  5. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, getting into the slices.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until crispy and tender.
  7. Serve warm as a delicious side dish.

Notes
