A refreshing and creamy tropical fruit salad that is perfect for picnics and gatherings.

- 1 (30 oz) can fruit cocktail in juice
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 (8 oz) can mandarin orange slices
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 (24 oz) container of sour cream
- 1 box orange flavored gelatin
Instructions
- Pour all the canned fruit into a colander over the sink.
- Allow the juices to drain thoroughly for about four hours.
- Combine the sour cream and orange jello in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the drained fruit and mini marshmallows to the bowl.
- Stir to coat every piece in the mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Stir the fruit salad just before serving.
Notes
Customize with your favorite fruits or toppings. This salad is best made a day in advance.
