- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or ideally overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
