- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (preferably dairy-free)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Mix the almond flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, baking soda, and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the almond butter, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips, distributing them evenly through the dough.
- Form small balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
You can customize with different mix-ins like nuts or coconut, and dough can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
