Description

Delightful no-bake cheesecake jars packed with protein, layered with creamy cheesecake and fresh berries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cottage cheese (2% MF)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup berries (or more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Begin by adding the cottage cheese to a large food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Drizzle in the maple syrup and blend once more until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold together the whipped cottage cheese mixture and Greek yogurt using a silicone spatula until combined and creamy.
  4. Grab your jars! Start layering by adding a generous amount of crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Spoon in a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by another layer of graham crackers.
  6. Add a layer of fresh berries for a burst of flavor and color.
  7. Top off your jars with a final spoonful of the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Garnish with additional berries for a lovely finish before serving.
