- 2 cups cottage cheese (2% MF)
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup berries (or more for garnish)
Instructions
- Begin by adding the cottage cheese to a large food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle in the maple syrup and blend once more until fully incorporated.
- Fold together the whipped cottage cheese mixture and Greek yogurt using a silicone spatula until combined and creamy.
- Grab your jars! Start layering by adding a generous amount of crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spoon in a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by another layer of graham crackers.
- Add a layer of fresh berries for a burst of flavor and color.
- Top off your jars with a final spoonful of the cheesecake mixture.
- Garnish with additional berries for a lovely finish before serving.
