Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and ground cumin until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and ensure they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken tenders in a single layer for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  5. Remove from skillet, let rest, and garnish with fresh parsley or dill before serving with lemon wedges.
