- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium heat and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat if needed to keep the dish from being overly greasy.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the beef.
- Serve the beef mixture over fluffy rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
