Description

A quick and comforting Korean Ground Beef Bowl, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium heat and cook until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat if needed to keep the dish from being overly greasy.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the beef.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over fluffy rice.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
