Description

A zesty grilled chicken recipe marinated in lime and topped with creamy avocado and fresh cilantro, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Combine the fresh lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk well.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the smiles around the table!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or overnight. Grill extra chicken for meals throughout the week.
