- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Combine the fresh lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk well.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro.
