Description

A creamy and buttery side dish featuring tender broccoli florets, infused with garlic and topped with fresh Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender but still bright green, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toss the steamed broccoli in the skillet to coat in the garlic butter.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For added zest, consider squeezing some fresh lemon juice over the broccoli before serving.
