- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender but still bright green, about 3-5 minutes.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss the steamed broccoli in the skillet to coat in the garlic butter.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For added zest, consider squeezing some fresh lemon juice over the broccoli before serving.
