Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the sugar and melted butter.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the banana mixture.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
