- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 chicken sausages, sliced
- 2 cups steamed broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add the sliced chicken sausage and sauté until beautifully browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the orzo pasta to the pan, along with enough water or broth to cover completely. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook the orzo until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Once the orzo is ready, stir in the steamed broccoli and grated parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Make-ahead option: Prepare orzo and chicken sausage in advance, store separately in the refrigerator, and combine with broccoli and cheese when ready to serve.
