Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and trim the green beans.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes and green beans with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
  4. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
