This Starbucks Copycat Banana Bread is moist, tender, and a delightful treat that brings the comforting flavors right into your home.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 4×8 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
  3. Mix in the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
  4. Stir in the sugar, the beaten egg, and the vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour until just incorporated.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
