Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay it out: Take a large tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread the sauce: Generously spread the zesty yogurt dressing on the tortilla.
  4. Layer the fillings: Start with fresh spinach, then add sliced avocado, chopped turkey bacon, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Wrap it up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it from the bottom up.
