  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the noodles according to package instructions. Once tender, drain them and set them aside, letting them cool just a touch while you prepare the rest.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
