Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the diced chicken with olive oil, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
