Description

Tender and juicy air fryer meatballs made with a blend of ground beef and turkey, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) while you shape the meatballs.
  5. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve these delicious meatballs with your choice of spaghetti, subs, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

These meatballs freeze beautifully! Cook them, then freeze in a single layer and transfer to a freezer bag for meals on demand.
