- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped apples (preferably Granny Smith)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Optional: additional apple slices and caramel sauce for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press into a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
- Make the cream cheese layer by beating softened cream cheese, then mixing in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Prepare the apples by tossing them with cinnamon.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the layers by spreading the cream cheese over the crust and topping with cinnamon apples.
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
Notes
Serve with caramel sauce and extra apple slices for garnish. This dessert can be made a day in advance.
