- 1/4 cup honey

- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together honey, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Brush the honey lime mixture over each fillet.
- Fold the foil tightly around the salmon to create a packet.
- Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Open the foil carefully and serve the salmon.
Notes
