Description

A cozy dish of salmon fillets baked with a delicious honey cilantro lime glaze, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together honey, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Brush the honey lime mixture over each fillet.
  5. Fold the foil tightly around the salmon to create a packet.
  6. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Open the foil carefully and serve the salmon.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey mixture a few hours before cooking. Feel free to customize with different herbs or toppings.
