Description

A comforting baked salmon dish with a creamy Parmesan and herb crust, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano, thyme, or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper until well blended and creamy.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the creamy mayonnaise mixture evenly on top of each fillet, ensuring a thick crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with fresh lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the mayo mixture a day in advance. Feel free to substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter option.
