- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- Bang Bang sauce (made from mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha)
- Lettuce
- Pickles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to keep sliders warm after frying.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry the chicken in heated vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
