Description

Revive the cozy memories with these crispy Bang Bang Chicken Sliders drizzled with zesty sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Slider buns
  • Bang Bang sauce (made from mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha)
  • Lettuce
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to keep sliders warm after frying.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the chicken in heated vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Assemble the sliders with crispy chicken on soft slider buns.
  6. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the chicken.
  7. Top with lettuce and pickles.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
